Hurricane Sandy: New York City Without Lights
October 31, 2012
We went outside last night around midnight to take photos of an eerily-dark New York City. At that hour with no lights, it was a bit creepy so we didn't go further than the Flatiron Building. In this photo, all the lights on the building are either from passing traffic or reflected from nearby buildings with power. Power is expected to be restored by this weekend, but until then, its a unique sight indeed.

A flawed, but interesting view of Madison Square Park
A dark and creepy 25th street
An attempt at light painting. Can you interpret my message?
